Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
Hatha Vinyasa yoga is a combination of connected movements through breath, asanas (poses) and conscious breathing through pranayamas and relaxation. Hatha Vinyasa Yoga consists of more active movements aimed to strengthen and improve flexibility through postures, stretches and movements. Sessions consist of steady and flowing movements synchronized with breath. The conscious and rhythmic flow of the breath boosts energy, health and well-being.

Restorative (Rest + Heal)
Restorative Yoga moves the body away from the sympathetic nervous system of flight and fight, and so that the body comes into the parasympathetic nervous system to rest and heal. Restorative Yoga is a practice aimed at slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching, which provides a physical and mental balance to combat stress and anxiety so that you can relax with ease.
